This website is a project of Advancing Care Together (A.C.T.), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to uniting, educating, and empowering healthcare professionals and the American people.

A.C.T. brings together nurses, physicians, social workers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals who are committed to helping people navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system. Our members work on the front lines of care delivery and understand firsthand how policy changes affect real patients and families.
